Primary responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and help guide daily clinical operations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions within the scope of the practice.
- Review laboratory and diagnostic results and complete appropriate follow-up.
- Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
- Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic health record.
- Contribute feedback and leadership toward continuous clinical improvement.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
- Two or more years of clinical experience preferred; qualified new graduates may apply.
- Current ACLS certification; PALS certification preferred.
- Urgent care, occupational medicine, or DOT experience is a plus where applicable.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centered approach.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Four 10-hour shifts
- Evening, weekend, and some holiday availability
- In-person care with travel between clinics as needed
